Fitness & conditioning
Built into every class
Powerful strikes, fast kicks and quick defensive movement need a conditioned body, not just a focused mind. Every class warms up properly (jumping jacks, shadowboxing, push-ups), stretches for kicking flexibility, and finishes with conditioning that builds endurance, balance and coordination.
Students leave each class energized. Adults get a full-body workout and stress relief; kids build the habits of an active, healthy life.
What to wear
Comfortable workout clothes for your first classes. Once enrolled, students wear a traditional uniform (dobok), available at the school.
Belt testing
Held periodically. Instructors tell students when they are ready. See the belt order →
Parents
Always welcome to watch. Many parents train in the Teens & Adults class while their kids train in theirs.
